How much can I earn?+

The current offer starts from €18 net per hour. The exact rate depends on your trade, experience and skills check.

Is the rate net or gross?+

The current offer starts from €18 net per hour. Before formalities, you will receive a written explanation of how the pay is calculated and which deductions may apply.

How many hours will I work?+

The current schedule is Monday to Saturday, approximately up to 10 hours per day. We explain the exact hours and overtime before formalities.

Is accommodation provided?+

If you do not have housing near the project, accommodation is provided and the conditions are explained in advance.

Who pays for travel and transport?+

Travel to the project is arranged or paid. If you have no car, transport to the site and shipyard is organised.

Which documents are required?+

You need documents allowing legal work in the EU. We explain the trade-specific documents before formalities.

Are expired certificates useful?+

Yes. They can help demonstrate previous welding experience. We clarify the final project requirements with you.

Can I decline after the call?+

Yes. An application and a conversation are not a contract. You decide after receiving the conditions.
