IRONROUTE is a candidate-first recruitment and job-matching website for shipbuilding and related technical work. It helps specialists express interest, describe practical experience and discuss suitable work opportunities.
The candidate form may collect your first and last name, phone or WhatsApp number, country, preferred language, optional email, profession or specialism, practical experience, availability, profession-specific answers, optional CV and certificates, consent record, and basic source, campaign, UTM and referrer information.
Information is used to assess relevance for available work, contact you, discuss recruitment and working conditions, process documents you choose to provide, protect the form from abuse, and understand source or campaign performance without placing candidate personal details in analytics.
Candidate information is handled on the basis of your consent and, where applicable, to take steps you request before a possible agreement. Security and abuse-prevention records may be handled for legitimate operational interests. Any employer-side processing connected with a specific opportunity is explained separately before formalities.
An accepted enquiry is stored in PostgreSQL infrastructure provided by Neon. Optional CVs and certificates are stored in private Vercel Blob storage, with document metadata linked to the lead record. These records remain the source of truth even if a notification is delayed or fails.
After an enquiry is stored, Resend sends a structured notification to IRONROUTE’s operational mailbox. Notification status, delivery attempts and provider message identifiers are recorded separately so a temporary email-delivery failure does not remove or lose the accepted enquiry.
Neon provides managed PostgreSQL infrastructure, Vercel provides website infrastructure and private document storage, Resend provides notification delivery, and Google provides the operational mailbox that receives those notifications. A production CRM is not currently connected; if one is enabled later, this policy will be updated before that use begins.
A CV and certificates are optional and can be provided later. The current candidate form does not request a passport, identity document, bank details or other unnecessary identity or financial documents.
Candidate information is kept only for as long as necessary for recruitment contact, relevant legal obligations and legitimate operational needs. It can be deleted following a valid request where applicable. No unsupported fixed retention period is claimed.
You may ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, withdraw consent where it applies, or raise a privacy question by writing to ironroute.work@gmail.com. A request may require reasonable verification before information is disclosed or changed.
IRONROUTE uses server-side validation, access restrictions and reasonable technical safeguards for the form and notification process. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so only information relevant to recruitment should be submitted.
Necessary storage supports the form and remembers privacy choices. Optional Analytics and Marketing measurement is denied by default and starts only after the relevant choice. Where permitted and configured, Google Tag Manager may deliver measurement to Google Analytics and Meta; Meta server conversion measurement uses the durable lead event. First- and conversion-touch source, campaign, UTM, referrer and advertising click identifiers may be stored with the lead. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, free-text answers, filenames and documents are not placed in analytics or advertising events. Preferences can be changed from the footer.
